Privacy Policy

Financial Fitness (operated by Sudhir Khot, contact sudhirkhot@kaijing.in) provides this 5-Day Goal Setting Challenge platform. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Your name and email address (to create your account).
• The financial details you enter in your worksheets — income, expenses, assets, liabilities, goals, plans and reflections.
• Your progress through the 5 days and the timestamp when you complete each day.
• Basic technical data (IP address, browser user agent) at the moment you accept this policy — only to keep an audit trail of your consent.

How we use your data

We use your data only to help you during a Financial Fitness coaching session if you choose to engage with one. Specifically:

• To recall your numbers and plans when you reach out for personal coaching, so we don't make you start over.
• To remind you of your goals and progress, if you ask us to.
• To improve the platform itself (in aggregate, without identifying you).

We do not sell, rent, share or use your data for any other purpose. We do not run advertising on this platform.

Where your data lives

Your data is stored on Supabase (Postgres) in the ap-south-1 (Mumbai) region. Row-Level Security ensures only you can access your own data — even the Financial Fitness team requires explicit administrative access to view it for coaching purposes, and only with your consent.

Your choices

• Withdraw consentat any time from your Account page. We'll stop using your data for coaching support; your historical entries are retained for your own access.
• Export your data from your Account page as a JSON file you can keep.
• Delete your account by emailing sudhirkhot@kaijing.in. We'll confirm and remove your data within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in any substantive way, we'll ask you to re-consent the next time you sign in.
