What this is

The Financial Fitness 5-Day Goal Setting Challenge (the “platform”), operated by Sudhir Khot at kaijing.in, is an educational program. The worksheets, calculators and example numbers on this platform are intended for personal financial reflection and planning. They are not investment advice. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Use the platform responsibly

• You agree to use the platform for your own personal planning.
• Do not share your account with others. Each person should have their own account so their data stays accurate.
• Do not attempt to access or interfere with other users' data.
• Investment returns shown in the SIP and Kaijing calculators are indicative and based on assumptions you control. Actual returns vary.

Not financial advice

Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial product. Please consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser before making investment decisions. If you ask to speak with our team and we connect you with a partner (for example for a mutual-fund discussion or term-insurance eligibility check), any product you take up is a separate arrangement between you and that provider.

Access & payments

Access to the course is granted after purchase through our payment partner. Payments, pricing and refunds are governed by the terms of that purchase. We may suspend access if these Terms are breached.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password safe. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, log in and change your password, or email sudhirkhot@kaijing.in.

Liability

The platform is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Financial Fitness is not liable for any loss arising from decisions made based on the calculators, plans or content on this platform.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. If we change them in a substantive way, we'll ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in.
